  • karyoskeleton – structure, rearrangement, modification
  • karyoskeleton modification in cell cycle
  • role of lamins’ phosphorylation sites in vitro and in vivo
  • function of karyoskeleton proteins in mitosis and meiosis
  • gene therapy and cancer combined gene therapy
  • laminopathies – molecular mechanism of pathologic phenotype formation

We work at experimental models:
